Rugby Markers

The markers below are set out by the club in the Loughrea Rugby Club Rugby Development Plan. Coaches of all age grades are encouraged to orientate their coaching towards these markers. Having this structure in place allows for a clear, planned progression of Rugby Skills and knowledge as the player progresses from Mini to Youth rugby and beyond.

These markers also allow for the age grade supervisors to objectively evaluate the coaches against the required skills and markers for their team(s).
